Love it here! Amazing people and it’s a second home to me. Great full body workout and they help you stay focused on your goals and will push you to reach them. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be challenged and wants to be the best version of themselves.
Ilovekickboxing atco is an awesome place to workout. I have now attended two classes and love it. I can't wait to go to my next class. The staff is so great and really work with you to help you get the moves correct so that you don't injure yourself. I can't say enough about them. I would highly recommend for anyone who want to get in shape. 5 stars.
Ultimate kickboxing offers a full body workout that you can’t get anywhere else! From the moment you walk in, you are surrounded by supportive and knowledgeable instructors that truly have your best interests at heart. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable. I have made lasting friendships while gaining the body I’ve always wanted. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout.
ILKB is an intense work out but worth it. The owner & staff are very helpful and patient with new beginners. Professional and Fun! Makes everyone feel welcome. Pushes you to the limit but not too far. TammyM
